针刺联合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍恢复的影响。方法 132例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,随机分为两组。对照组给予假针刺和康复训练治疗,治疗组给予针刺和康复训练治疗,治疗8周后对两组疗效和吞咽功能进行观察。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组吞咽功能及生存质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合康复训练可以显著改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能及生存质量。Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with conventional swallowing training on dysphasia after stroke. Methods 132 cases with dysphasia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups. The control received sham acupuncture and conventional swallowing therapy, the treatment group received acupuncture and conventional swallowing therapy. After treating for 8 weeks, the clinical effect and swallowing function were observed. Results After treating for 8 weeks, the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; SSA and VFSS scores of treatment group were significantly greater than that of control group. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with conventional swallowing training therapy can improve the swallowing function and the quality of life of stroke patients.
