探讨肠镜下高频电摘除大肠息肉术的护理配合及效果

摘　　要：探讨肠镜下高频电摘除大肠息肉术的护理配合及效果。方法:对我院近6个月内收治的100例大肠息肉患者的临床资料及术后的临床表现进行回顾分析,总结并探讨肠镜下高频电摘除大肠息肉术的护理配合及效果。结果:100例患者术后均未出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症,手术效果满意。结论:在进行肠镜下高频电摘除大肠息肉术时,如果加强护理人员在手术前后的护理配合。不但可以提升手术效果,还可使患者的病情得叫明显改善。Objective: to study the endoscopic high frequency electric excision under the effect of nursing cooperation and colon polyp surgery. Methods: treated in our hospital nearly 6 months of the clinical data of 100 patients with colon polyps and postoperative clinical review analysis, summa- rizes and discusses eolonoseopy under high frequency electric excision colon polyp surgery nursing cooperation and effect. Results: all the 100 patients without serious complications such as hemorrhage, perforation, with satisfactory effect. Conclusions: high frequency electric excision under colonoscopy in large intestine polyp surgery, if strengthen the nursing staff in the nursing before and after surgery, can not only improve the operation effect, still can make the patient get improved significantly.
