摘 要:球墨铸铁中石墨的形态分为常态、过渡态、壳形和异态四种,简述了不同石墨形态的形成机理。分析了添加元素、壁厚、过冷度以及石墨核心对石墨形态的影响。结果表明:球状石墨数越多,石墨球越圆整且球径越小,球铁的力学性能越好。为了提高球化效果,探讨了抑制石墨畸变的有效措施。Graphite morphologies in ductile cast iron are divided into normal state, transition state, shell state and abnormal state. The formation mechanism of graphite morphologies was simply related. The effects of adding elements, wall thickness, undercooling and graphite nucleus on graphite morphologies were analyzed. The results show that the more the number of spherical graphite, the more rounded graphite ball, and the smaller diameter of nodular graphite, the better mechanical properties of ductile iron. In order to improve the spheroidization effect,the effective measures to restrain the distortion of the graphite were discussed.
