摘 要:无电焊接技术是一种便携、有效的快速焊接工艺,它将先进的焊接材料制成专用的手持式焊笔,焊笔一经点燃,既不需要电源也不需要气源,仅依靠焊接材料燃烧反应所放出的热量就可进行快速焊接,具有工艺简单方便、焊缝质量优良、适用范围广等一系列优点,能够满足装备战场抢修时效性、便携性、可行性和有效性的需要,是装备战场抢修中的一种关键技术。本文简要介绍了无电焊接技术原理及其发展过程,分析了无电焊接技术在焊接材料选择、焊笔制备工艺设计和焊接工艺优化等方面的研究现状,指出了该技术在装备战场抢修实际应用中存在的问题和可能的发展方向。Non-electric welding technology is a portable, effective and fast welding process. The handheld welding pens were prepared by advanced welding materials, which can carry out the welding operations relying only the released heat quantity of welding materials chemical reaction process, neither need power also do not need gas source in the technique.Non-electric welding with the advantages of simple process, excellent welding quality and wide application, which can satisfy the requirements of the equipment battlefield repair such as timeliness, portability, feasibility and effectiveness, is a critical technology in the equipment battlefield repair. The principles and developing process of non-electric welding were described.At the same time, the recent progress about the welding material selection, preparation process design and welding procedure optimization of the technology, were analyzed. The technical problems and possible development direction in the equipment battlefield repair were pointed out.
