摘 要:对钛—钛、钛—铝及铝—钛接头进行了准静态力学性能实验,对比分析了这三种接头的静力学性能。采用扫描电子显微镜对接头断口形貌进行了观察,研究了接头的静态失效机理。结果表明:钛—钛接头的平均静强度(207.7MPa)大于钛—铝接头(144.8 MPa)及铝—钛接头(126.6 MPa)。钛—钛接头断口微观特征为:上板与铆钉接触的不同位置被擦伤,铆钉断口为典型的沿晶断裂;钛—铝接头断口微观特征呈韧窝状,为典型的韧性断裂;铝—钛接头的上板被损伤,其与铆钉接触部位呈现出被摩擦的形貌,断口呈撕裂型韧窝状,为韧性断裂特征。Experiments of quasi static mechanical properties of the joints of titanium-titanium, titanium-aluminium and aluminium-titanium were carried out. And the statics properties of the three joints were contrasted and analyzed. The fracture morphologies of the joints were observed by adopting scanning electron microscope. And the static failure mechanism of the joints was studied. The results show that the average static strength of the Ti-Ti joints(207.7 MPa) is higher than that of Ti-Al joints(144.8 MPa) and that of Al-Ti joints(126.6 MPa). The fracture microscopic characteristics of the Ti-Ti joints are that the upper sheet contacting with the rivet in different positions is bruised, and the fracture of the rivet is the typical intergranular fracture. The microscopic characteristics of titanium- aluminium joint fracture is dimple,which is typical ductile fracture. The upper sheet of the Al-Ti joint is injured, and contacting position with the rivet appears the morphology of friction. The fracture is tearing dimple,which is the ductile fracture characteristic.
