摘  要:超高强度的waspaloy高温合金烟气轮机涡轮盘锻件是一个关键零件。主要从有限元模拟与试验分析的角度研究了YJ350型烟气轮机涡轮盘的锻造,并系统研究了合金在模具型腔内的流动规律和变形机理,获得了模具结构参数和工艺参数对锻造成形的影响规律。通过对上述影响规律的分析,提出了优化设计方案。经过对比试验发现,优化后的模具能有效地解决初始模具中的锻件锻后开裂的问题,锻件质量比用初始模具生产的锻件有明显的改善。Ultra-high strength waspaloy superalloy gas turbine disk forging is one of the key parts. The forging of YJ350 type flue gas turbine disc was mainly studied from the finite element simulation and experimental analysis. The flow rule of the alloy in the die cavity and the deformation mechanism were systematically studied. Effect law of die structure parameters and process parameters on the forging forming was acquired. Through the analysis of above the influence law, optimized design scheme was presented. After comparison tests,it is found that the optimized die can effectively solve the cracking problem after forging produced by using the initial die, and the quality of forging is significantly improved compared with forging produced by using the initial die.
