摘 要:通过对大型铝合金锻件特点及成形工艺分析,设计出两种预制坯。并使用有限元软件对锻件成形过程进行了模拟,分析了不同预制坯对成形载荷、应力应变均匀性、晶粒均匀性和成形后飞边分布的影响。结果表明,采用预制坯2成形有利于提高坯料的流动均匀性,能较好地改善成形的均匀性,消除成形中可能出现的缺陷。结果得到了实验验证。Through the analysis of the forming technology and characteristics of large aluminum alloy forging, two preformed blanks were designed. Forging forming process was simulated by using finite element software. The influences of different preformed blanks on forming load, stress and strain uniformity, uniformity of grain and flash distribution were analyzed. The results show that: the preformed blank 2 forming is helpful to improve the blank flow uniformly. It can improve forming uniformity better and eliminate the possible forming defects. The results were verified by experiment.
