摘  要:利用Deform软件建立了FGH96合金惯性摩擦焊过程的三维热力耦合有限元模型,研究了焊接过程摩擦界面上轴向作用力的演变规律。数值模拟结果表明:在摩擦界面上,中心区域的轴向作用力最大,边缘区的轴向作用力最小。在焊接过程中,摩擦面中心与边缘区域的轴向作用力差值与相应的材料流动速度差值成正比。摩擦面中心区域的轴向作用力随着焊接时间的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势。On the basis of software Deform, the 3D thermal-mechanical coupled finite element model was established in the intertia friction welding process for FGH96 alloy. The evolution of perpendicular interfacial pressure to the friction surface was investigated. The results of numerical simulation show that the axial interfacial pressure in the center region of friction surface is the biggest and the pressure in the edge region is the smallest. In the welding process, the difference between the pressure in the center region and the pressure in the edge region is proportional to the difference of material flow velocities of different regions. The interfacial pressure in the center region increases and then decreases with the increase of welding time.
