摘　　要：为了解决发气性检测时所遇到的石英管清理难、设备间比对难和有效测试时间短等问题,对各种检测设备及方法进行了详细观察和分析,采取了一系列应对措施。采用了一种"冷管法"检测仪器进行发气性检验,基本克服了上述问题。目前这些措施已经在公司内部得到了推广应用,效果明显。In order to solve the problems in gas evolution testing, which include that retained materials in the silica tube affect testing result, the available time for testing are too short to meet requirement, testing results among the testers are hard to be compared, we carefully observed and analyzed the various tester and method, and adopted a series of measures. And a ＂cold tube method＂ tester was used to test. The problems mentioned above were solve＆ At present, these methods have been applied to some branch company, and achieved a remarkable effect.
