摘 要:用海泡石作主耐火骨料,高岭土、鳞片石墨粉和滑石粉作辅助耐火骨料,水玻璃作粘结剂,钠基膨润土和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)作悬浮剂,制作了一种用于铝合金金属型的水基海泡石喷涂涂料,并对各种材料加入量对涂料悬浮率和强度的影响进行了试验。结果表明:水玻璃加入量达到海泡石质量分数的200%左右才能保证涂料的应用强度;增加钠基膨润土和CMC的量不能提高涂料悬浮率,相反导致强度降低;高岭土提升涂料的悬浮率和强度;滑石粉和石墨降低涂料的悬浮率和强度。A water-base sepiolite spray coating used for metal molds for aluminum castings was developed, in which sepiolite, kaolin and graphite powder were used as base refractory aggregate and auxiliary refractory aggregate, respectively, binder is sodium silicate, suspension agents are sodium bentonite and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). The effects of various material addition in the coating on coating suspension percentage and strength were investigated. The results show that work strength of the coating could be ensured when sodium silicate addition amount was up to (wt) 200% of sepiolite mass fraction, increasing the amount of sodium bentonite and CMC could less improve the suspension percentage, on the contrary, resulting in a low coating strength; the coating suspension percentage and strength would be enhanced by adding kaolin and reduced by adding talcum and graphite powder in the coating formula.
