摘 要:从感观评价和化学成分方面,对越南红土沉香与越南黄熟香、吊口沉香以及报道的奇楠沉香和普通沉香进行比较,结果发现:红土沉香木心为紫褐色;与报道的奇楠沉香比较,奇楠沉香油脂丰富,易于切割成卷,而红土沉香油脂含量不高(6.16%),较硬,不易切割。采用GC-MS技术分析越南红土沉香、黄熟香和吊口沉香乙醚提取物的化学成分和相对含量,发现红土沉香油脂中2-(2-苯乙基)色酮和2-[2-(4-甲氧基)苯乙基]色酮的相对含量之和高达51.57%,其油脂的成分组成与奇楠沉香油脂接近,而黄熟香和吊口沉香中二者相对含量之和分别为0.77%和0.78%。说明红土沉香是介于普通沉香与奇楠沉香之间,质量更接近于奇楠沉香。In this article, agarwood "Hong Tu" was compared with agarwood "Huang Shu Xiang", "Diao Kou","Qi-Nan"reported previously and ordinary agarwood from the side of organoleptic evaluation and chemical composition. It found that the colour of wood surface of "Hong Tu" was purple brown; agarwood "Hong Tu"compared with agarwood "Qi-Nan" found that agarwood "Qi-Nan" was rich in resin and was easy to be cut in curly, while the resin content of agarwood "Hong Tu"was not so high(6.16%), and it was difficult to be cut. The chemical constituents and relative contents of the ether extracts of the three types of agarwood were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass(GC-MS) spectrometry. The relative content of compounds 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone and2-[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]chromone in "Hong Tu"was 51.57%, which the constitute of resin gets close to "QiNan", while the relative content of the two compounds in "Huang Shu Xiang"and "Diao Kou" was 0.77% and0.78%, respectively. The results indicated that the quality of "Hong Tu" was between ordinary agarwood and "QiNan", while it was closer to agarwood "Qi-Nan".
