摘　　要：目的：通过对肺隔离症患者 MSCT 扫描图像的分析，了解其特征性的影像学表现，评估MSCT的诊断价值。方法对2012年1月～2013年12月经我院临床手术及病理证实的20例肺隔离症的 MSCT 检查进行回顾性的分析。结果20例肺隔离症患者，18例为叶内型，2例为叶外型。病变位于左肺下叶14例，位于右肺下叶6例。实质性肿块8例，囊实质性肿块10例，囊性肿块1例，表现为粗大血管结构的1例。20例肺隔离症患者共发现20支供血动脉，起源于胸主动脉11支、腹主动脉9支，19例引流静脉为下肺静脉，1例为奇静脉。结论 MSCT 扫描结合后处理成像可以明确显示肺隔离症的体循环供血血管，进而做出明确诊断。Objective Through to the isolated lung disease patients with MSCT scanning image analysis, understand the characteristic imaging findings, evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT. Methods During 2012.1 to 2013.12, confirmed by our hospital clinical surgery and pathology of 20 cases of lung isolation of MSCT examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results 20 patients with isolated lung disease, 18 cases of leaf type, 2 cases of leaf shape. Lesions located in the left lower lobe 14 cases in 6 cases of lower lobe right lung. Substantial mass 8 cases, 10 cases had capsule substantial masses, cystic mass in 1 case, show the bulky vascular structures in 1 case. 20 cases were found in patients with lung isolation 20 blood supply arteries, originated in the thoracic aorta, abdominal aorta, 9, 11, 19 cases of venous drainage for pulmonary vein, 1 case of surprising vein. Conclusion MSCT scanning combined with post-processing imaging can clearly show the isolated lung disease of systemic blood vessels, and then make a definite diagnosis.
