彩超评价高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血流动力学的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析彩超在评价高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血流动力学中的应用价值。方法将70例高血压患者作为A组,70例健康体检人员作为B组,均经超声颈动脉检查,分析颈动脉粥样硬化与血流动力学情况。结果 A组颈总动脉内径、IMT及斑块检出率较B组高,PSV、EDV、Vmean较B组低,RI、PI较B组高,P<0.05。结论彩超可及早发现高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化。Objective To analyze colour Doppler ultrasound to exceed in hypertensive patients with carotid atherosclerosis and blood flow dynamics application value. Methods 70 cases of patients with high blood pressure as A group, 70 cases of healthy physical examination personnel as group B, both by ultrasonic inspection of their carotid arteries, analysis of carotid atherosclerosis and blood flow dynamics. Results Group A inner diameter and IMT and carotid artery plaque detection rate higher than group B, PSV, EDV, Vmean was lower than those of group B,RI, PI, higher than group B, P〈0.05. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be found in early detection of carotid atherosclerosis, it is worth promoting.
