摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗塞患者的临床急救及护理方法。方法选取我院收治的急性脑梗塞患者60例进行回顾性分析,观察患者的康复情况。结果 60例脑梗塞患者经过及时治疗和有效护理,痊愈出院患者42例,部分功能缺损患者15例,3例患者并发多器官功能衰竭而死亡。结论对急性脑梗塞患者进行急救及有效护理,可促进患者康复,降低死亡率。Objective To explore the clinical emergency treatment and nursing care of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the recovery of patients were observed. Results 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients after treatment and effective care, 42 cases were cured, 15 cases of partial functional defects, 3 cases of patients with multiple organ failure and death. Conclusion Emergency and effective nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
