高龄中重度肺功能减退行冠状动脉搭桥患者围术期护理分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析围术期护理干预对高龄中重度肺功能减退行冠状动脉搭桥患者的临床作用。方法选择2014年7月～2015年7月我院进行诊治的94例高龄中重度肺功能减退患者，均进行冠状动脉搭桥手术治疗，回顾性探析其围术期的护理措施。结果本组94例患者中，5例患者出现严重并发症，发生率约为5.32%，经相应的治疗后均痊愈。结论围术期护理用于高龄中重度肺功能减退行冠状动脉搭桥患者，可〈br〉 明显减少术后并发症的产生，以利于疾病的治疗及康复。Objective To study perioperative nursing intervention on moderately severe lung function decline of coronary artery bypass patients clinical effect. Methods Select during 2014.7 to 2015.7 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 94 cases of elderly patients with moderately severe lung function decline, both for coronary artery bypass surgery, retrospective analysis of the perioperative nursing measures. Results 94 cases of patients, 5 cases with severe complications, the incidence of about 5.32%, the corresponding were recovered after treatment. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for older patients with moderately severe lung function decline line of coronary artery bypass, can obviously reduce the postoperative complications, to facilitate the treatment and rehabilitation.
