循证护理在住院精神患者康复期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：研究分析循证护理应用于精神科患者的康复护理实际效果。方法根据2012～2013年我院的180例精神病康复期患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为常规护理组和循证护理组，前者有88例患者，后者有92例患者，常规护理组采用常规护理和健康教育，循证护理组采用循证护理，对两组的 IPROS 以及 NOSIE 评分表进行对比分析，在入院时和2月后均进行评定。结果入院时两组的评分结果无明显差异性，2个月后均有所改善，各方面均为循证护理组优秀，P ＜0.05。结论循证护理能够让精神科护理工作水平和质量获得提升。Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing for rehabilitation nursing of patients with psychiatric department. Methods According to the 2012 to 2013 in our hospital of 180 cases of psychiatric rehabilitation period patient to research and analysis, these patients were divided into two groups for routine nursing group and follow card nursing group, the former has 88 patients, the latter has 92 patients, routine nursing group used routine nursing and health education, follow card nursing group circulation care card, of two groups of IPROS and nosie scores were compared and analyzed, on admission and after 2 months were assessed. Results There were no obvious differences in the score of the two groups at admission, and the improvement was improved in 2 months, and the evidence based nursing group was excellent, P〈0.01. Conclusion Evidence based nursing can improve the level of nursing and quality of psychiatric nursing, and should be popularized in clinic.
