聚苯乙烯注塑制件耐热性能改善研究

摘  要:以纳米碳酸钙、无水硫酸钙晶须、耐热级ABS和玻璃纤维为耐热剂,将耐热剂与聚苯乙烯(PS)共混,注塑制得标准样条,耐热剂的添加量分别为5%、10%和15%。对标准样条进行了热变形温度(HDT)、拉伸强度和抗冲强度的测试,发现85%PS+15%无水硫酸钙晶须配方的HDT比100%PS的HDT高16℃。用此配方制成用作服装辅料的尺码粒,并测试尺码粒在80℃、90℃和100℃条件下烘烤30 min后的形状变化情况,确认了该配方能使PS注塑件经受90℃、30 min烘烤而不变形,可以满足使用性能要求。Nano calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate whiskers(CSW), ABS of heat resistant grade and fiberglass were used as heat resistant agents to alloying with polystyrene, the additive amount of heat resistant agent was 5 %, 10 % and 15 % respectively, and then make the mixture into standard spline by injection molding. Heat deflection temperature, tensile strength and impact resistance influenced of different formula were studied, the 85 % PS+15 % CSW formula exhibited a good performance of mechanical properties and the HDT enhanced 16 ℃ than 100 % PS. The size pellet be made of 85 % PS+15 % CSW formula baked 30 min under the condition of 80 ℃, 90 ℃ and 100 ℃ respectively to observe there shape change, the results showed the use of 15 % CSW make the PS injection parts meet the operational performance requirement.
