对电解锰渣中铵根进行回收制备硫酸铵的实验研究

摘  要:电解锰是我国黑色冶金领域的第二大行业,电解锰渣中含有大量的可溶性金属和铵根等物质,给土壤、水体等带来严重的污染,文章就如何回收电解锰渣中的氨氮作了相关阐述,提出了一套低成本、高效回收电解锰渣中铵根离子的工艺。通过电解猛渣在水溶液中与碱性药剂反应,使得的铵根转化为氨气,再通过碱洗、酸吸收后浓缩结晶和干燥处理得到硫酸铵产品。Electrolytic manganese is the second largest industry in the field of ferrous metallurgy in China, electrolytic manganese slag containing large amounts of soluble substances such as metals and ammonia nitrogen, bring serious pollution to soil, water, etc, this article on how to recycle the electrolytic manganese residue related are made to the ammonia nitrogen, put forward a set of low cost, efficient recovery of electrolytic manganese residue of ammonium ions in process. By electrolysis of fierce slag reaction with alkaline agent in aqueous solution, make the most into ammonia, ammonium root by alkaline cleaning, acid absorption after enrichment crystallization and drying process for ammonium sulfate products.
