摘 要:针对KDF2滤棒圆周在线检测准确度和稳定性差、难以满足在线控制要求的问题,研究、设计了激光型圆周在线检测仪,形成了基于激光型圆周检测的KDF2滤棒圆周在线控制系统。在同一台KDF2滤棒成型机上进行了人工控制和自动控制两种生产方式对比试验,结果表明:该系统能及时检测到滤棒圆周瞬时偏离标准值过大现象并自动调节,因此班次平均值更接近标准值,同时标准偏差有所降低;当滤棒圆周允差为±0.10 mm时,班次Cp和Cpk值分别由1.49和1.04提高到了1.60和1.44,合格率由96.6%提高到了100%。For KDF2 filter rod, the on-line detecting of circumference was poor in accuracy and stability, which was hard to meet the requirements of online control. The laser type circular online detector was studied and used to form a online control system for KDF2 filter rod circumference. According to the comparation of manual control and automatic control on the same KDF2 filter rod forming machine, the result showed that the control system could detect the appearance when the circumference was off the standard value too much and adjusted automatically, which made the average of each shift closer to the standard value and a lower the standard deviation. When the Peripheral tolerance was between ±0.10 mm, the Cp and Cpk value were lifted from 1.49 and 1.04 to 1.60 and 1.44, with a percent of pass increase from 96 % to 100 %.
