摘　　要：达沙替尼是第二代酪氨酸激酶抑制剂药物,用于治疗对既往治疗失败或不耐受的成人慢性髓性白血病患者,其疗效优于第一代药物伊马替尼,未发现耐药性,且治疗范围广。文章综述了其合成的主要途径,并比较各自的优缺点。Dasatinib was the second era tyrosine kinase inhibitor drugs used to treat past treatment failure or intolerance in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia in adults, its efficacy is better than the first-generation drug imatinib, found no resistance, and wide range of treatment. In the paper, the main synthetic ways of dasatinib had been reviewed, and both virtue and shortcoming were compared.
