摘　　要：文章从精密度、准确度等说明重铬酸盐法以及微波密封消解法测定化学需氧量结果的差异,并探究两种方法在何种情况下更加适用。结果表明,重铬酸盐法准确度高、精密度好、稳定性好。微波密封消解法时间短、操作简便、费用低、减少二次污染等。The article from the explanatory dichromate method, such as the precision, accuracy, and the difference of microwave sealed digestion method of determination of chemical oxygen demand（cod） results, under what circumstances and explore the two methods is more applicable. The results show that the dichromate method with high accuracy, good precision and good stability. Microwave sealed digestion time is short, simple operation, low cost; reduce the secondary pollution, etc.
