零价铁载体填料模拟实际生产试验研究

摘　　要：有研究表明,零价铁载体填料在废水生化处理中显示出高效性和独特性。将零价铁载体填料投加于连续运行的反应器中,进行模拟实际生产试验研究。通过比较两种粒径的海绵铁及不同水力停留时间对运行效果的影响,对载体填料在实际化工程中的应用提供相关参考。试验后期载体失效再生,采用机械清洗的再生率99.8%要明显好于气水反冲洗的再生率86.6%。The zero-valent iron filler showed high efficiency and characteristic quality in wastewater bio-chemical treatment. Adding the bio-carrior to continuous oprational reactor, the simulating practical test was conducted. Through the comparison of different sized sponge-iron and HRT on operational effect, the experiments provided related reference in practical engineering application. In the later process, the filler was renewed because of failure, and the regeneration rate of mechanical cleaning was superior to that of air and water backwash obviously which could achieved 99.8 %, by contrast, 86.8 % for the latter.
