摘  要:本研究采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CuO/Zn O/Al2O3,以合成气合成甲醇为探针反应,评价其催化活性。在一定实验条件下,CuO/Zn O/Al2O3与丹麦托普索MK-121型催化剂对比实验,结果表明:CuO/Zn O/Al2O3平均甲醇质量收率为3.453g/(g·cat·h),稍微大于MK-121的3.379g/(g·cat·h),已接近或达到国外进口催化剂的性能。通过XRD、DSC等检测手段,分别检测了MK-121、CuO/Zn O/Al2O3和长周期反应后的CuO/Zn O/Al2O3,发现CuO/Zn O/Al2O3、MK-121的微观结构很相似,金属离子之间存在协同效应。催化剂失活后,晶体粒径明显增大,出现了Zn O的特征衍射峰,是催化剂飞温造成的,为合成甲醇催化剂国产化提供了基础数据和实验依据。In the study, Cu O/Zn O/Al2O3 was prepared by sol-gel method. Its catalytic activity was evaluated by synthesis gases to methanol as a probe reaction. Under certain experimental conditions, evaluation results show that the average methanol quality yield is 3.453 g/(g·cat·h), slightly larger than 3.379 g/(g·cat·h) as MK-121 imported from Denmark Topsoe. The performance was closed to or reached imported catalyst. MK-121, new Cu O/Zn O/Al2O3 and long period reactive Cu O/Zn O/Al2O3 was detected by XRD and DSC. Metal ions had a cooperative effect during the catalytic synthesis methanol. Cu O/Zn O/Al2O3 possessed a very similar microstructure with MK-121. After Cu O/Zn O/Al2O3 deactivation, crystal particle size was clearly increased. Characteristic diffraction peaks of Zn O were found causing by the catalyst temperature rising in catalytic synthesis methanol. It could provide basic data and experimental basis for methanol catalyst localization.
