摘 要:超支化聚合物改性环氧树脂是近年来环氧树脂应用的研究热点。文章用超支化聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)/异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为环氧树脂E51的复合固化剂,研究不同含量比例PEI/IPDA复合固化剂固化PE-E51的力学性能与玻璃化转变温度的变化规律;采用扫描电镜分析方法,分析研究了固化物的断裂形貌。结果表明:当聚乙烯亚胺SP-012的摩尔百分含量为10%时,固化后的环氧树脂有最佳的综合力学性能,与单一IPDA固化的环氧树脂相比,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了10%,无缺口冲击强度提高了150%。More and more attention was focused on the modification of epoxy resin by hyperbranched polymers in recent years. Hyperbranched polyethylenimine(PEI)/isophorone diamine(IPDA)was selected as the curing agent of epoxy resin E51, the variation law of mechanical performance and the glass transition of different polyethyleneimine content on the curing of epoxy resins be developed; the study of fracture morphology of the epoxy resin by SEM were also researched. The results show that: when the content of polyethyleneimine SP-012 arrived to 10 mol %, cured epoxy resin had the best mechanical properties, the tensile strength and flexural strength increased by 10 %, the unnotched impact strength increased by 150 %.
