摘　　要：以华南农业大学化学化工学科为例,探索了农业院校非农学科研究生创新能力的培养。总结出依据化学化工学科特点,与学校农科优势学科联合,开展产学研合作等措施,使化学化工类学科研究生的创新能力得到明显提高。Based on the chemistry and chemical engineering subject at south China agricultural university, the graduates＇ innovative ability cultivation in non-agricultural subject of agricultural universities was explored. Several aspects were summarized, such as based on itself characteristic, combined with the agricultural advantage subject, carried out production-teaching-research cooperation, which make the innovation ability of the graduates has been improved significantly.
