摘  要:文章研制了以柔性顶膜车库式反应器为核心的沼气干发酵中试系统,以秸秆、牛粪为原料进行干发酵产沼气性能试验。核心反应器体积为2个单元,每个单元75 m3,具有渗滤液回流调控、试验数据实时采集、增保温功能。反应器门密封与顶部密封解决大规模的快速进出料密封难的问题。试验结果表明:随气温变化,反应器正常良好运行的压力范围200 Pa^400 Pa之间。反应器内物料温度浮动在±2℃之间,相关性分析发现其不受外界大气温度影响,而与回流液温度显著性相关。常温下(25℃~30℃),以31天为计算周期,日均产沼气约37.71 m3·d-1,容积产气率为0.50 m3·m-3d-1。沼气中甲烷含量50%以上,后续可用于发电。A new type of biogas dry fermentation system, Garage-type biogas dry fermentation system with flexible roof membrane, was developed in this study. The reactor contained 2 fermentation units, each with 75 m3. The system had function of eontroling leaehate reeirenlation,real-time operation data collection, heating and insulatlon. Inlet door sealing and roof sealing 8olved the scaling problem of large scale input and output. 1he result8 showed that the pressure of 200 Pa - 400 Pa could maintain the reactor nonmal operation at different corresponding temperatures. And the reactor could maintain the temperature stable varying only by ±2℃. Correlation analysis showed that the fermentation temperature was not affected by the atmospherie temperature, but significantly related with reflux temperature. The system obtained a daily biota production of 37.71 m^3 · d^-1, volumetric production was 0.5 m^3 · m^-3d^-1 with methane content of 55%, which would be used for power generation.
