摘　　要：文章综述了我国农产品加工废弃物的基本类型及主要利用途径,以便为农产品加工废弃物的合理处理与处置提供一定的理论依据,更好地实现农产品加工业的可持续发展。The article summarized the primary types of agricultural product processing wastes in our country and the main utilization ways so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the reasonable treatment and disposal, and realizing the sustainable development of agricultural product processing industry.
