中晚期宫颈癌患者腔内后装放疗中专业化护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中晚期宫颈癌腔内后装放疗中专业化护理的效果。方法选取我院2013年3月-2014年12月收治的宫颈癌患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各43例，对照组采用常规方法进行护理，实验组在对照组的基础上进行专业化的护理。结果通过不同方法护理干预可知，实验组患者总有效率93%，明显优于对照组患者的79.1%，实验患者生活质量评分（44.3±2.6）分，明显优于对照组的（31.0±1.7）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过研究发现，对中晚期宫颈癌患者进行专业化护理，临床效果显著，值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the middle-late cavity cervical cancer radiotherapy professional nursing clinical effect.Selection methods： our hospital in January 2011 to January 2013 86 cases of cervical cancer patients, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, control group using conventional methods to care, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of specialized nursing.Results The nursing intervention through different Methods The experimental group the total effective rate of 93%, significantly better than the control group patients were 79.1%, and the experimental patient quality of life scores （44.3±2.6）, significantly better than the control group （31.0±1.7）, significant difference, statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the study found that professional nursing care in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer, clinical effect is significant, worthy of clinical use.
