双源CT双能量模式增强在颈部肿大淋巴结中的应用  被引量:1

摘  要:目的研究双源CT双能量模式双期增强在颈部肿大淋巴结中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析94枚经病理证实的颈部肿大淋巴结双能量模式双期增强扫描CT资料,得到140 kV、80 kV,加权融合120 kV图像。分析94枚颈部肿大淋巴结双期增强图像,科学的评估140 kV以及80 kV跟加权融合120 kV图像中,肿大淋巴结平均CT值的大小,信号噪声比。结果 (1)动脉期、实质期140 kV、80 kV和加权融合120 kV图像中肿大淋巴结的平均CT值三组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)动脉期、实质期140 kV、80 kV和加权融合120 kV图像中肿大淋巴结的对比噪声,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论增强双期三组图像的SNR无差异,三组图像均可以用来观察颈部肿大淋巴结,其中,80 kV图像的平均CT值高于140 kV及加权融合120 kV图像的平均CT值,用80 kV图像更利于显示肿大淋巴结的强化区域。Objective To investigate the clinical value of dual source CT (DSCT) dual energy (DE) technique in the cervical lymph nodes.Methods A retrospective analysis of 94 histologically confirmed cervical lymph nodes of dual energy mode dual-phase enhanced CT scan data to obtain 140 kV, 80 kV, 120 kV weighted fusion image. Analysis of cervical lymph nodes 94 dual-phase enhanced image, as well as the size of the scientific assessment 140 kV,80 kV,120 kV with weighted fusion image, enlarged lymph nodes average CT values, signal to noise ratio. Results (1)The mean CT values of enlarged lymph nodes in arterial and parenchymal phase on 140 kV, 80 kV and the weighted fusion 120 kV images were differences among the three groups.(2)The CNR of enlarged lymph nodes in in arterial and parenchymal phaseson on 140 kV, 80 kV, and weighted-average images were no differences among the three groups.Conclusion There were no difference in SNR among the three groups in arterial and parenchymal phases.The three groups can be used to observe the cervical lymph nodes.The mean CT number of lymph nodes in both two enhanced phases on 80 kV image is higer than that of on 140 kV and weighted fusion 120 kV images.80 kV image is more benificial for displaying the enhancement region of enlarged lymph nodes.
