摘　　要：目的探讨支气管镜在大咯血致肺不张患者治疗中的价值。方法用电子气管镜对大咯血后肺不张患者25例进行治疗。结果本组25例患者,除2例肺癌患者外,23例患者肺部完全复张,有效率为92%。结论电子气管镜治疗大咯血后肺不张是一种有效、便捷的治疗方法。[Abstrct]Objective To investigate the value Of electronic bronchoscope in the treatment of pulmonary atelectasis caused by the massive hemoptysis.Methods Electronic bronchoscope had been used for treatment.In 25 cases of pulmonary atelectasis caused by massive hemoptysis.Results Excecpt 2 cases of lung cancer patients in 25 patients,the pulmonary complete reexpasion in 23 cases, he effective rate is 92%.Conclusion Electronic bronchoscope for the treatment of pulmonary atelectasis caused by massive hemoptysis is an effective, convenient method.
