穿山甲代用品猪蹄甲的临床应用及炮制方法研究

摘　　要：穿山甲属于鳞鲤科动物,在广西、贵州等地都有,作为中药材,经常应用于各种疾病的治疗当中,如用于治疗外伤流血、痔疮、乳汁不通等,可以起到活血散瘀、消肿止血等作用。但是穿山甲这些年因大量捕杀,数量越来越少,对此,国家相关部门已经明令禁止捕杀穿山甲,对穿山甲这种野生动物资源加大保护力度,使生态平衡得以维持。但是这激化了中药材供需矛盾,因此当前中药研究急需解决的问题就是找到中药材穿山甲的替代品。近年来,大量研究结果证实,猪蹄甲可以作为穿山甲的代用品,广泛应用于各种疾病的治疗当中,且可以起到不错的效果。为了探讨穿山甲的代用品猪蹄甲的临床应用,本文结合多项研究,对此展开论述,以期能为更加广泛地应用猪蹄甲提供参考依据。Pangolin belongs to the scales of cyprinid animals, in Guangxi, Guizhou and other places have, as Chinese herbal medicine, often used in the treatment of various diseases,such as for the treatment of traumatic bleeding, hemorrhoids, latex obstructed, can play the role of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, detumescence and hemostasiseffect. But these years because of pangolin killed in large numbers, the number is getting smaller and smaller, therefore, the relevant state departments have banned the killing ofpangolin, strengthen the protection of wildlife resources pangolin this, make the ecological balance can be maintained. But this will intensify the contradiction between supply and demand of Chinese herbal medicines, so the current solution on the study of traditional Chinese medicine problem badly in need of is to ifnd Chinese herbal medicine pangolinalternatives. In recent years, a large number of research results conifrm that the pig nailcan be used as the substitute of pangolin, widely used in the treatment of various diseases,and can play a good effect. In order to explore the clinical application of pangolin substitutepig nail, processing methods of pig nail, a number of studies in this paper are discussed, in order to be more widely used in pig nail to provide reference.
