摘　　要：介绍了炼铁厂高炉开口机液压系统的结构特点,以及存在的压力偏高、结构不完善等问题,分析了炉前开口机液压系统存在的各种设备问题。针对液压系统存在的问题,提出了解决措施,确保了高炉开口机液压系统正常运行,为高炉的稳定顺行创造了良好的条件。Introduce the structural characteristic and the problems such as the high pressure and the of the hydraulic system of the blast furnace in the iron making plant, imperfect structure are also preseinted. Various equipment problems before furnace opening machine hydraulic system are mainly analyzed. Put forward the solving measures, and ensure the normal operation of blast furnace tapping machine hydraulic system, then creat good conditions for the stable operation of blast furnace,
