摘 要:对球面渐开线斜齿锥齿轮齿面的形成理论进行了分析,通过坐标变换原理,提出了以齿面发生线的极径及球面渐开线生成过程的基圆锥转角为参数的斜齿锥齿轮齿面建模新方法,并分别建立了斜齿锥齿轮左齿面及右齿面的矢量方程;通过齿面数学模型并利用MATLAB仿真技术获得了齿面离散数据点;对齿面离散数据点进行重构,构建了斜齿锥齿轮的精确实体模型;最后对利用该建模方法得到的齿轮齿面进行了检测,其结果验证了该方法的正确性。该方法为斜齿锥齿轮的切齿加工方法设计、啮合分析及仿真等提供了基础条件。The principle of generating line of skew bevel gear is analysed about spherical involute and the theory of coordinate transform is discussed. New method of mathematic model about gear surface is put forward based on two parameter which are polar radius and base cone corner. And vector equation of left and right gears surface is set up. Based on the pat- tern, the data of tooth-surface is collected and calculated in the simulation system according to the machining gear parame- ters which are established. In MATLAB environment an accurate solid model of spiral bevel gear is established by obtained data points. And the datum of mesh nodes on the actual tooth surface are measured by gear measuring machine. Finally, this method is proved to be effective and feasible by the result of inspection test. And this method can provide basic condi- tion for processing of cutting, tooth meshing analysis and simulation.
