摘  要:采用U19(1918)均匀设计研究解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)B9601-Y2(简称Y2)、IBA、NAA、复合肥、浇水频率和浇水量及其不同水平组合对云南松( Pinus yunnanensis)苗木生长的影响。结果表明,540 d的苗木平均地径、苗高和针叶长分别为4.1~6.9 mm、6.7~12.8 cm和7.2~19.1 cm。10×105 cfu/mL的Y2浸种、0.10 g/L的IBA溶液喷施叶面、施0.25 g/袋的复合肥、每6d浇水1次和每次浇1/2饱和含水量的组合促进地径、苗高和针叶生长。复合肥是影响苗木生长的主要因子,其与IBA、Y2和水分共同促进苗木生长;NAA则抑制苗高生长和针叶伸长。地径与苗高、针叶长呈现正相关。The U19 ( 1918 ) uniform design was applied to implement the trial of effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2(Y2),IBA,NAA,compound fertilizer,watering frequency and quantity with different factorial level combinations on seeding growth of Pinus yunnanensis. The results showed that mean basal diameters(BD),seedling heights(SH) and needle lengths(NL) were 4. 1—6. 9 mm,6. 7—12. 8 cm and 7. 2—19. 1 cm,respectively,for 540-day old seedlings. The treated combination of 10 × 105 cfu/mL of Y2 presoaking seeds,0. 10 g/L IBA solution spraying needles,fertilizing 0. 25 g/container of compound fertilizer and watering once every 6 days with 1/2 saturated water content promoted growth of the BDs,SHs and NLs. Compound fertilizer was the main factor of affecting seedling growth,which was fa-cilitated seedling growth with IBA,Y2 and water together;contrarily,the NAA restrained the growth of the SHs and NLs. There were positive relevances between the BD and SH,NL.
