摘  要:为探讨血常规检验在奶牛子宫内膜炎临床诊断中的意义,分析了患病奶牛的血常规数据,同时分离鉴定其子宫内病原微生物。结果表明,与正常奶牛的血常规数据相比,患病奶牛的白细胞计数极显著增高(P<0.01);中性粒细胞百分比和中性粒细胞绝对值均极显著增加(P<0.01),淋巴细胞百分比极显著降低(P<0.01),说明患病组奶牛可能患有由细菌感染引起的子宫内膜炎。经过纯化鉴定,从患牛子宫内分离出15种(54株)细菌,其中,主要为大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,其次是奥斯陆莫拉菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌,且以混合感染为主。To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of blood count in the dairy cattle with endometritis, the blood count of the dairy cattle with endometritis were analyzed and the pathogenic microorganism were isolated from the uterus. Compared with the healthy individuals, the white blood cell count increased greatly in the illness dairy cattle ( P〈0 . 01 ) , the percentage of the neutrophilic granulocyteand absolute neutrophil increased at the same time(P〈0. 01),and the lymphocyte percentage decreased greatly(P〈0. 01). The results suggested that the illness may be caused by bacterial infection. 15 species(54 strains) bacteria were isolated from uterine secretion samples of dairy cattle,among which the E. coli and S. aureus were major pathogenic bacteria,followed by M. osloensis and B. cereus,with the fixed pathogen infections as the major,fungi and viruswas not isolated.
