摘 要:氮氧化物是火电厂的主要污染物之一,随着大气污染物排放标准的提高,低氮燃烧技术成为学术研究的热点。本文以某电厂低氮燃烧器改造为例,对改造措施和效果进行了研究,研究结果表明:采用二次风垂直分级高位燃尽风系统及"风包粉"技术联合应用能够较好的降低NOX含量,改造后氮氧化物的排放由原来的854 mg/Nm3变为460 mg/Nm3,锅炉效率由原来的91.22%提高到92.48%,改造取得了良好的效果。Nitrogen oxides are one of main pollutants in thermal power plant. With the implementa- tion of the new version of the atmosphere pollutants emission standards in the power plant, it is more strict to power plant emissions, especially NOx emissions. Therefore, the transform of the Stereo hier- archical low nitrogen burner is necessary. This paper discusses the transform of the Stereo hierarchi- cal low nitrogen burner in the plant, and the measures and effects of the transform were studied. The results show that, The secondary air vertical grade high burning system and "wind powder" technolo- gy combined application can reduce the content of NOx. The nitrogen oxide emissions reduced from 854 mg/Nm3 into 460 mg/Nm3 after the transform, and the efficiency of the boiler increased from the original 91.22% to the 92.48% ,the reform has achieved good results.
