某焊接培训车间烟尘治理效果的分析

摘　　要：某公司焊接培训间原有通风系统不能满足职业病危害控制要求。结合生产工艺特点进行焊烟治理改造,设置配备活动罩口的排烟除尘系统及回风、加热功能的送风系统。设备投入使用后,各项有毒有害物符合GBZ2.1—2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分化学有害因素》规定的各容许浓度的要求;污染物排放浓度符合GB16297—1996《大气污染物综合排放标准》的要求。该烟尘治理设备达到设计要求。The original ventilation system of a company＇ s welding training workshop can not meet the requirements of occupational hazard control. Welding fume control alterations to the production process, sets equipped with covers of smoke and dust removal system and air supply system with returned air, heating function. After commissioning, the poisonous and harmful substances meets the requirements of the allowable concentration specified in GBZ2. 1-2007《 Occupational exposure limits for hazardous agents in the workplace chemical hazardous agents》. The effect of weld fume control equipment meets the design requirements. Emission meets the requirements of GB16297-1996《Integrated emission standard of air pollutants》.
