腹腔镜阑尾切除95例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：总结腹腔镜阑尾切除术手术经验。方法：回顾性分析2012年12月-2013年11月施行的95例腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果：95例均顺利完成腹腔镜手术。手术时间23~126 min,平均47 min。术后住院时间≤3 d 72例（75.79%）,〉6 d 7例（7.37%）。术后并发症包括主操作戳孔感染3例,回盲部感染2例,腹腔脓肿2例。其中1例行B超引导穿刺引流治愈,另1例行腹腔镜下引流治愈。全部治愈,随访6个月未发现其他并发症。结论：腹腔镜阑尾切除术是一种成熟的手术技术,充分认识其安全性、可行性,熟练掌握手术技巧,可将其积极应用于临床治疗。Objective： To summarize operation experiences of laparoscopic appendectomy.Method： 95 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy from 2012.12 to 2013.11 were retrospectively reviewed.Result： All cases underwent laparoseopic appendectomy successfully.The operation time varied from 23min to 126 min, and the mean time was 47min.The hospital stay after operation ≤ 3 d in 72 cases（75.79%）, 〉6 d in 7 cases（7.37%）.Postoperative complications occurred in 7 cases, including the main operating hole infection in 3 cases, ileocecal infection in 2 cases, intraabdominal abscesses in 2 cases, One cured by ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture drainage, another cured by laparoscopic drainage, all patients were cured and followed up for 6 months, no further complications were found.Conclusion： Laparoscopic appendectomy is a mature surgical technique.On the basis of fully understanding of its safety and feasibility, with skilled operation skills, it can be applied in clinical treatment actively.
