推进养老服务业发展的对策建议——以安徽省蚌埠市为例

摘　　要：养老服务业发展事关民生、社会稳定及经济增长大局,加快发展养老服务业、提供更多更优质的养老资源是解决当前我国养老问题的必然选择。为此,必须完善规划、合理布局,推进养老服务业有序发展;优化财政资金投入结构,推进养老服务业快速发展;大力发展社区居家养老服务,增加养老服务供给;引导市场主体有序发展,提升养老服务水平;加快养老服务从业人员队伍建设,为养老服务业发展提供支撑。The development of pension service industry is related with the people＇s livelihood,social stability and economic development. It is necessary to accelerate the development of it and provide more excellent pension resources to solve the problems of supporting old people. Hence ,we must perfect planning and make reasonable layout,propelling ordered development of pension service industry; optimize structure of financial investment, accelerating rapid development of it; develop community and home pension service for the aged, increasing supply of it; guide orderly development of market,promoting standard of pension service; and speed up the construction of employees who provide service, supporting the development of pension service.
