摘　　要：为消除矿业活动对环境的巨大负面影响,需要通过生态矿山建设使矿山开采和环境协调统一,从而在发展矿业的同时,发展生态经济、改善生态环境、培育生态文化和维护生态安全,使国家生存和发展所需的生态环境不受或少受破坏与威胁,实现在资源的开发中保护与保护中开发,从而使矿产资源开发利用与生态环境保护这一矛盾得到有效缓解。In order to eliminate the huge negative impact on the environment of the mining activities, needs to coordinate the mining and the environment by ecological mine construction,and also in the dev.elopment of mining industry , the development of ecological economy, im- prove the ecological environment, develop the ecological culture and maintain the ecological safety of the ecological, make the survival and de- velopment of the country without any destruction and threats, make in the development of the resource protection and the protection of the de- velopment, so as to make the development and utilization of mineral resources and protection of ecological environment of this contradiction ef- fectively alleviated.
