摘 要:针对高炉炉渣中Al2O3的含量偏高会导致炉渣黏度增大、流动性变差等问题,通过黏度测试实验,研究了在高Al2O3含量条件下不同Mg O/Al2O3比值对炉渣熔化性温度和黏度的影响。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FITR)研究了不同Mg O/Al2O3比值对炉渣结构的影响。结果表明:炉渣的熔化性温度与Mg O/Al2O3比值呈线性相关,且满足Mg O/Al2O3比值每增加0.1熔化性温度降低约7.8℃的关系。此外,随着Mg O/Al2O3比值的增加,炉渣的黏度减小,且测试温度愈低,炉渣黏度的减小趋势愈明显。通过FITR分析可知,这是由于随着Mg O/Al2O3比值的增大,炉渣中自由氧离子(O2-)的数目也逐渐增加,这些自由氧离子与硅酸盐的桥氧(O0)相互作用,使得炉渣中复杂的Si-O结构逐渐解聚,从而造成炉渣黏度减小。In view of the viscosity increases and fluidity performance becomes poor with a high content of Al2O3 in blast furnace slag, the effect of MgO/Al2O3 on the break temperature and viscosity were researched by the laboratory viscosity test. The effect of MgO/Al2O3 on slag structure was also researched by using a FITR. The results demonstrated that the relationship between the break temperature and the ratio of MgO/Al2O3 is linear, and it can be described that if the ratio of MgO/Al2O3 increases 0.1, the break temperature would decrease about 7.8℃. In addition, an increase in the ratio of MgO/Al2O3 tends to increase the viscosity of blast furnace slag, and the tendency of viscosity reducing becomes more obvious with the lower test temperature. Through the analysis of FITR, the amount of free oxygen ions ( O^2-) increases with the larger ratio of MgO/Al2O3 in slag, and these free oxygen ions interacts with the bridge oxygen ( O^0) of silicate, which resulted in a higher potential of the depolymerization of the slag network structure and a decreasing viscosity of slag.
