摘　　要：针对国内回转式制瓶机现状,以"工业4.0"的概念为指导,将计算机技术、信息技术、网络技术和软件等在回转式制瓶机上深度融合,形成全新的智能控制系统。该系统不仅延续原有的全自动化控制,并且构建了人机交互平台,具有实时监控、在线调整和故障诊断等功能,显著提升其柔性制造能力,实现回转式制瓶机产品全生命周期和生产流程的数字化、信息化,促进制瓶产业转型升级。This paper established a new intelligent control system of rotary CNC automatic bottle-making machine on the basis of ＂Industry 4.0＂. Computer technology and information technology and network technology were included in this system, which is an automatic system as before, but with the interactive platform. The new system has the function of online monitoring and online adjustment and fault diagnosis and so on. These functions greatly improve the flexible manufacturing ability of bottle-making machine. This system digitalizes and informatizes he life cycle and production process of bottle-making machine, and promotes the upgrading of bottle-making industry.
