摘　　要：回顾近10年的相关文献,从正虚是小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)发病的根本原因、正虚致瘀是主要病机2方面综述了RRTI的病因病机以及扶正化瘀法防治RRTI的临床运用情况,以期为临床实践和研究提供参考。With a review of related literature in recent 10 years , the etiology and pathogenesis of childrenrecurrent respiratory tract infections were analyzed from the fact that weakness of the body was the root cause of the disease and that deficiency of the vital qi and blood stasis was the main pathogenesis. The related research in clinical applications of preventing and treating RRTI with strengthening the body resistance and dispersing blood stasis method was also analyzed so as to provide reference for clinical practice and research.
