摘  要:对来自于国内外的237份亚麻种质资源材料进行了油份及脂肪酸组分的测定,并进行相关性及变异特点等的分析。结果表明,五种脂肪酸的变异系数均接近或大于10%,且油分含量与亚麻酸含量呈极显著正相关,油酸含量与亚油酸、亚麻酸含量呈极显著负相关。根据材料的不同来源划分,呈现出国外材料油分及亚麻酸含量总体高于国内材料的趋势,本研究共筛选出12份优异种质资源材料,其中有6份来自于国内,同时发现筛选的优异材料中有5份为高油高纤材料,这为今后培育高油高纤兼用型亚麻新品种奠定了良好的基础。Fatty acid composition and oil content of 237 flax germplasm resources from nation and a- broad were measured, and the correlation as well as the variation characteristics (CV) were analyzed. The results showed that the CV of five kinds of fatty acids were close to or greater than 10%, and oil con- tent was very significant positive correlation with linolenic acid content, as well as the content of oleic acid was significantly negative correlation with linoleic acid and linolenic acid. Oil and linolenic acid content in foreign materials were higher than that in domestic materials, but there were one half excellent germplasm materials which were screened in this study from domestic. At the same time, we found that there were five excellent germplasm materials with high oil and high fiber characteristics, which laid a good foundation for breeding new flax varieties of high oil and high fiber in the future.
