摘  要:四川省红原县地处青藏高原东南缘,气候寒冷,无霜期短,冷季雪灾等自然灾害频繁,冬春缺草成为草地畜牧业发展的严重制约因素。开展人工饲草料生产贮备,是防灾抗灾的重要措施之一。充分利用红原县干雨季分明、雨季水热同期、旱季气候干燥等水热分布特点,避开牧草播种时低温、降雨和收割、晾晒时降雨等不利因素,科学合理安排种、管、收环节,就能够提高人工饲草料产量和品质,减少牲畜冬春因缺草造成的掉膘和死亡损失,实现草地畜牧业可持续健康发展。Hongyuan is a county located in the southeastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau. Being at a high altitude, the district has a cold weather and short frost-free period with natural disasters occurred frequently, among which cool-season snowstorms disasters had the highest frequency and the biggest influence in the region. Lacking forage in winter severely limits the development of grassland animal husbandry. The important measures of disaster prevention is to carry out artificial forage production and reserves. It is possible to improve the artificial forage yield and quality, reduce off fat and out of livestock death losses due to lack of forage in winter, and achieve sustainable and healthy development of grassland animal husbandry to make full use of moisture-energy distribution characteristics that the dry and rainy seasons are distinct, the rainy season and heat season are in the same period, and the weather is dry in dry season, avoid hypothermia and rain when forage seeding, and avoid rainfall when harvested and dried, and other unfavorable factors, and make scientific and reasonable arrangements of seeding, management and harvest.
