摘　　要：莨菪类药物为一种胆碱能M受体阻滞剂,具有多种药理作用和治疗功效,临床应用广泛,也被用于手足口病,尤其是重症手足口病的治疗。本文将对莨菪类药物的药理作用,传染病及儿科领域的应用,及治疗重症手足口病,改善微循环障碍的相关情况进行概述。Hyoscyamine was a cholinergic M receptor blocker. It has a variety of pharmacological effects and therapeutic efficacy and wide clinical application. It was also used for hand, foot and mouth diseases, especially severe hand, foot and mouth disease. This article reviews the pharmacological effects of hyoscyamine, clinical applicationin in fectious diseases and pediatric, treatment of severe hand, foot and mouth disease, and improvement in microcirculation disturbance.
