摘 要:针对油气井钻井过程中溢流导致的循环压井与放喷通道失效问题〔1〕,设计出了一种能对密闭带压钻杆进行开孔的钻杆带压开孔装置,该装置重新建立了一条新的压井与放喷的通道。重点对带压开孔装置工艺实现的过程以及密封系统、钻孔传动结构的设计进行了介绍,采用ABAQUS仿真分析软件对往复刀杆与固定刀杆间的J型往复动密封系统进行了有限元分析。为了验证方案设计的可行性,制造样机并进行了台架试验,根据试验反馈出的问题对样机相关设计进行了不断改进与进一步的试验。试验结果表明该装置结构设计方案的可行,实现了功能要求。For the failure problem of cycle kill and choke channel caused by overflow during the drilling opera- tion of oil and gas wells, a drill pipe with pressure opening device was designed which can open hole for the drilling pipe under pressure, and set up a new cycle kill and choke channel. This paper mainly introduced the technologi- cal implementation process of the drill pipe with pressure opening device, the design of the sealing system, and the transmission structure of this device. The reciprocating seal system is simulated by using the ABAQUS simulation software, the simulation results show that the J type of the seals which is between reciprocating tool rod and the fixed cutter bar can meet the performance requirements of dynamic seal. In order to verify the feasibility of the structure, a prototype was manufactured and the bench test has been made. The continuous improvement and fur- ther experiments of the prototype structure have been done according to the problems arising as the feedback. The experimental results show that the device structure design scheme is feasible.
