摘 要:对云南某冶炼厂铜炉渣进行了选矿工艺流程和药剂制度的研究。对比了捕收剂种类、配比及用量的作用效果,最终确定XT-53与丁基铵黑药组合药剂作为捕收剂,配比为1∶3,综合用量为80 g/t。进行了磨矿细度试验,在粗选磨矿细度-74μm 90%、粗精矿再磨细度-45μm 85%、粗选尾矿再磨细度-45μm 80%的磨矿条件下,采用阶段磨矿—阶段选别的工艺流程,可获得铜品位为25.20%,回收率为87.82%,金、银品位为0.80 g/t、136.8 g/t,回收率达到67.12%、67.36%的铜精矿。A study on mineral processing flowsheet and reagent regime for recovering copper from a copper smelting slag in Yunnan has been carried out. Comparison tests have been done for the collector type, proportion and dosage effects, and ultimately a combination of XT-5$ with ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate were chosen as the composite collector, with the mass ratio of 1 : $ and the dosage of 80 g/t. Under the conditions of the ore grind- ing fineness -74 p^m 90% , crude concentrate grinding fineness -45 p^m 85% , rougher tailing grinding fineness -45 μm 80% , and by adopting the processing flowsheet of stage grinding and stage cleaning, a copper concentrate assaying 25.20% Cu with a copper recovery of 87.82% was obtained, which contained 0. 80 g/t Au with a gold recovery of 67.12% and 136.8 g/t Ag with a silver recovery of 67.36%.
