常用除草剂苄嘧磺隆对固氮鱼腥藻的生长效应研究

摘　　要：测定了10%苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂对固氮鱼腥藻的生长效应以及光合色素的影响,探究其生态毒性。结果表明:低质量浓度处理下(<0.1mg/L),苄嘧磺隆刺激固氮鱼腥藻的生长,使其干重和细胞数呈现稳步增长趋势,对光合色素含量影响不显著。高质量浓度苄嘧磺隆(1 mg/L和10 mg/L)显著抑制固氮鱼腥藻的生长,对其生长速率、干重、细胞数及光合色素等产生明显的影响。Effects of 10% bensulfuron methyl WP on the growth and photosynthetic pigment of Anabaena azotica were determined to explore its ecological toxicity. The results indicated that under low concentration （ 〈0. 1 mg/L）, bensulfuron methyl could stimulate the growth of Anabaerta azotica ,the dry weight and cell num- ber showed a steady growth trend, but there was no significant effect on the content of photosynthetic pigment. High concentration of bensulfuron methyl （ 1 mg/L and 10 mg/L） inhibited the growth of Anabaena azotica signifi- cantly, and they had a clear effect on the growth rate, dry weight, cell number and photosynthetic pigment.
