含佐剂蛋白的鸡新城疫冻干疫苗对雏鸡免疫效力的研究

摘　　要：研究了佐剂蛋白大肠杆菌热敏性肠毒素LTRG与鸡新城疫疫苗(NDV)联合冻干制品的免疫效果。选择不同剂量的佐剂蛋白与鸡新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)LaSota抗原配比,按生产程序制备冻干疫苗。经滴鼻途径免疫雏鸡,检测血清抗体、粘膜抗体水平,分析不同配伍疫苗的免疫效果。结果表明:含4μg LTRG佐剂蛋白的NDV冻干疫苗,免疫雏鸡血清IgG抗体水平明显高于其他添加组及NDV疫苗组,差异显著;粘膜IgA抗体与NDV疫苗组比较,差异极显著。LTRG佐剂蛋白与鸡新城疫疫苗配伍制备冻干疫苗,能增强免疫雏鸡的免疫应答能力,尤其是可产生较好的粘膜抗体水平。Necastle disease virus （NDV）combined with adjuvant protein--heat labile enterotoxin LTRG Escherichia coli were frozen into dried vaccine and the immune effect of the vaccine was studied in chicken. Dif- ferent dose of LTRG protein was mixed with NDV LaSota virus antigen, and the freeze-dried vaccine was made according to production process. The chicken were immunized by nasal vaccination. The serum IgG and mucosal IgA antibody were detected by ELISA method to evaluate the immune effect of different compatibility vaccine. The results showed that serum IgG antibody levels of NDV vaccine with 4 ~g LTRG protein were significantly higher than those in other groups and NDV vaccine group, and mucosal IgA antibody levels were very significant- ly higher than those in NDV vaccine group. The freeze-dried vaccine which was adjuvant protein of LTRG com- bined with Newcastle disease vaccine could enhance the immune response ability of chicken, especially produce better mucosal antibody level.
